For those that watch the B team games, do we play the same system and style of play that Ralph uses in the first team?

I know it was the plan to have the same style of play throughout all age group so that when players break into the first team, they are already accustomed to the pressing - but would be interesting to hear if this is evident in their play?

Yes we do. Right down to playing games with 10 men on occasions.
