Obafemi pretty much leap frogged the u23s Which is why he might of snuck under the radar a bit.

Klarer is a popular choice on this board, but as you said in your post, it’s difficult for centre backs to make that step up

Will Ferry(academy player of the year) looks the most likely. He’s hardly played in the u23s yet, but looks superb technically, physically he’s not going to have an issue like Hesketh & Sims have suffered either.
If he gets off to a decent start in the u23s then he may well be getting a chance in the FA Cup.
Klarer is 19 next week, no rush for him.

I haven’t seen much of Will Ferry, but pretty much every time I do see him I think that he “looks a proper player”.
Can’t explain it, just his movement and the feeling that something might happen when he is around the ball.

What position does he play ? My internet research suggest on the left wing but somewhere else said right

Is he conventional but does he cut in onto his right ?

Badger has answered, but for the bulk of last season he played mainly right with Robise on the left and Norton down the middle, but wingers seemed to switch pretty regularly.
