Alternatively, come in and have a few good games and get sold in August if that team goes down.

Yeah but from his "quotes" it seems like he is aiming for the top and I can't think of anyone in recent times who joined in January, went down and then moved to a top team? Robertson at Hull the closest I can think of but pretty sure he was at Hull for a couple of seasons before. Wijnaldum was at Newcastle for a season I think before they were relegated and got his move.

If he came in and he was playing well enough to catch the attention of one of the top 6 then, with how close the league is, that would probably be enough to keep us up. If we go down I'd suggest he didn't set the league on fire and will probably find himself at a mid table team in the top flight of England/Italy/Spain/Germany.

But hey this is predicting what may/may not happen, I'm just trying to look at it from his point of view and not from a Saints supporters viewpoint

That is supposedly Snapchat. But there is never the small 'i' in the corner like on that image and wasn't another Snapchat of his edited? Or a photo to look like it was his Snapchat was edited?

Maybe he just looked better then. He might be a grey-haired minger now. We all have pictures at our best. I'd put up a photo from 1965 if I was trying to impress someone. It was the year I got married and my missus reckons I've gone down hill ever since. I do ask her the obvious question ...
