Rather have Willems then Blind. But doubt we will get either.

Gianluca Di Marzio jumping the gun slightly but with a transfer fee and contract amount: http://gianlucadimarzio.com/en/calciomercato/graziano-pelle-joins-southampton/
Good stuff. Although, he's apparently tripled his wage from Feyenoord. That €10m figure will be bonus-dependent but the rest is right.
Means Pellè will earn circa £30k p/w. We didn't want to give 4 years to a 28-29 year old, understandably.
Not even one of our top earners, middle-of-the-pack wage, really.

Surely 2.5M Euros per year is closer to £38k per week at todays exchange rate, no?
I'm never convinced by these weekly salary figures anyway, always seem to be complicated by taxes/bonuses/agents etc. Take with a pinch of error margin.
Before tax, yes. I meant 'earn' as in what Pellè will actually get. Which is obviously the figure that players and agent negotiate from.
I think Morgan is the highest earner 'at the club' nowadays. Morgan, Gastón, Dejan and of course.. Dani.
How much do you think Morgan is on? Isn't Dani on 60k+?
I don't think we've got anyone over the £60k figure. Dani was reported to be on about £50k-52k, I think.
Morgan is on around £40k per week, supposedly - as Qwerty says, pinch of salt.

Connor, have we done a deal for a LB today also? If so, any clues as to who?
Lallana was the top earner apparently. I think he was on at least £60,000 before bonuses.
