    Not really.

    Plenty of talks today, progress was made but deal not agreed.
    Italian match fixing trial means that Bologna's GM (read Director of Football) is not available tomorrow but chairman should be. Still may slow proceedings slightly.
    Looks like Bologna are trying to line up a replacement and testing the water so that they have replacement in time for their first league game this weekend.

    "I think the deal is imminent: lack of some details on installments. Tomorrow or Wednesday, could be done."

    Nixon said yesterday though he thought we were being used and it was unrealistic.

    Today he said he heard from 2 sources, one inside and one outside SFC that this deal is going to happen. He's changed his tune totally.

    I know we are neither here or there with this transfer yet, but is anyone out there actually worried about spending £12M on a player? I must say, I find myself being a bit uncomfortable with the idea. The £7M for J-Rod felt like a bit of evolution, after all, just how long can £4.6m be the record fee paid for a club trying to build & develop. But, I'm not sure I'm ready for the next jump just yet. I trust our people implicitly, but it does make me nervous.
    So, anyone else out there got any concerns, or am I on my own?
