Yes, it's the shiny new Gaston thread! The old one was becoming so unwieldy if you, like me, use the iphone app, that I thought I would start a new one. So come on all you ITK's, is he going to sign or what? If he does, feel free to use this to post your coments so that we don't have to merge 5 "Gaston Signs" threads which all appear within 45 seconds of the twitter feed/OS announcement. <doh>
 
HIP HIP HOORAY...... I reckon it will be today, think the club will want the press all there in abundance to witness it to announce "we are back and we're not going away lightly" !!
 
As far as I know it's pretty much done. What do we reckon on....

....will it be announced today or will Cortese do it on deadline day, real propaganda and unveil our club record signing on the evening on the final end of the window?

Knowing Cortese (well not personally) he'll do the latter one. Keep everyone in suspense and keep teasing the press until final hours of DD.
 
I have a feeling Bologna don't want it announced until they've got their replacements confirmed. Their fans seem the type who wouldn't consider themselves above lynching our old friend Guaraldi if he doesn't have something to salve their fury.

Kind of what I thought. As said previously, as far as I know it's all ready to go through now.

Maybe it is the case and Guaraldi wants to bury bad news, "yes Gaston has gone, but here are three new players".
