Have any of these news reports actually suggested that Osvaldo wants to come to us? As far as I've been able to tell that's always been the main stopping block for the deal, just cos the media has caught wind that we've had an offer accepted doesn't get us much closer does it? Unless I'm missing something of course.

True, but I´m sure Cortese has had some sort of information that he might be/actually is interested, otherwise he wouldn´t go into new negotiations with Roma IMO.
