Sacked

Be interesting to see if the funds for Jan that were mentioned the other day have been spent on paying Grayson off.

I hope not because we need defenders, nowt's changed there, not just a new manager needed, this club requires a combination of the right decisions and there's no margin for error. We simply have to make the Managers Job lucrative enough to attract better a manager and funds must be made available. Otherwise relegation slog will be on the cards.

Big Sam would cost a fortune. Not hold my breath like. He'll may get the everton job.

I'm not even entertaining the idea, you know I rate him but we'd have to pay him way too much money for him to even consider it. I reckon the only jobs he's considering are cash grabs or for glamour teams where he can do a season or so then retire.

We're about 30 places below the quality of teams he'll be considering unless Short offers him daft money which obviously isn't happening.

Is this the same Keane we asked to get sacked before he walked. I don't want him back he was awful at ipswich and has done nothing since. I'm not sure who I woukd like but I know I wouldn't want Keane back.

I'm not convinced, looked ****e without money to spend. They'll be no bank rolling here. I think he'd drown.

Exactly. If this evening's move is going to have any effect, Short is going to have to do what he has said he doesn't want to do and spend big. On a manager. And on new players in January.

****ed if I know, don't even know what our manger wage budget would get us, or how much we could put together to approach a manager in employment.

At least it's something different and something to look forward to. I think we needed it because I haven't expected us to win a game for a long time. Who knows, maybe this roll of the dice will land on a 6.

Isn't that just get another go?

Hope there's more than luck at play, it's our last roll

Should have stayed at Preston Simon.

Texts off me mate

Mate: Grayson was sacked in front of all the players in the dressing room straight after the game

Me: Did Bain do it himself?

Mate: Aye, just went into the dressing room and told him to pack up his things and go

Me:Where's that come from like?

Mate: Lad at the Gym who knows Margaret Byrne’s husband. She’s Honeyman’s agent, and he rang her last night fuming about it

Did she have her tits out?

So if it was a win this game or the sack, wonder if they’d have stuck with the plan had we got gifted a penalty on 94 minuted and scored it !
