If Hughes loses to West Ham and follows that up with a loss at West Brom in all honesty I think that's him gone. In fairness to QPR they've probably had the toughest start of any team bar Southampton. They've plenty of winnable games coming up

Why? Because he only just lost to City and Utd? Yeah, that's really terrible.

Southampton's net spend is something crazy like £33m. Their owners want more than just survival. It's not just the fact they lost to City and United that won't convince the owners it's the way they lost them. Twice they led 2-1 and his ineptitude cost them, the United game in particular should have been won and probably would have but for his crazy subs.

Rodgers.

Its already in process, there hopes are up bigtime and we all know where that leads.

Owen Coyle sacked by Bolton - bit surprised about that to be honest.

He's a rubbish manager. Been on the cards for ages. They were favourites to win the Championship pre-season and should at least be where Blackburn and Wolves are or thereabouts. They are near the drop zone and can't win for toffee.

My shout for Mark Hughes being the first manager in the PL to get the sack is looking good at the moment. They have Everton next and I can seeing them losing that, Then they will have 2 points from 8 games, sounds like a job for Arry. <whistle>

I'm genuinely suprised he hasn't already been sacked, after him can see Lambert. Bit surprised no one has mentioned Hughton. I think Rodgers will be given the season as long as they aren't in trouble and attempting to keep pace with the top 6 or so

Roberto Di Mateo.

RA almost had to keep him a while longer after winning the CL, but he will only need the slightest excuse to boot him out.

And I think with the shaky defending which is very likely to drop points against average sides at home, he'll get that excuse.

So, was I right or was I right?

That was on the 2nd of September btw, when everyone was raging on about the improved Chelsea.

Well done. After last weekends results, genuinely thought I was going to nail this with my shout of Mark Hughes being the first to get the chop, but I underestimated Abramovich and his will to fire managers.
