P'raps. But the Mexicans were a completely different team today. Serbia looked shattered too.

It's a big advantage that we have over the sides in Group H - if we choose to use the advantage. Japan, Colombia and Senegal don't really have much choice but to again pick their strongest teams tomorrow. Any of them can still go home.

Resting players tomorrow won't just assist with getting us 2nd place, it'll also keep our important players fresh. I don't see it happening, but I'd honestly be fine with our entire first XI being rested.

(Although taking my England hat off, I think only Belgium - regardless of which half they go into - present an obstacle to a Spain-Brazil final.)
