Sam Allardyce is too controversial for Roland or Katrien (even after the England scandal). He's the sort of person who says how it is and would not hesitate in calling the Belgians "****ers of the highest caliber who refuse to invest in decent players" in a press conference.

They like "yes" people who tow the line.

I'd expect some unknown from the conference or youth team first coach from a Premier/Championship team.

reckon JJ or Euell will be our next manager. In the case of JJ, I wasn't keen on him possibly being our manager in the championship, but give him the job now. Has 6 months to learn his craft (similar to CP first half season) and we go again next season.

Slade is a joke. Scared to start two out and out wingers at home to Oldham. Dinosaur

Like the man who stands and watches the aftermath of a car crash, I have decided to attend Saturday's match.

I just hope they can squeeze me in somewhere. :emoticon-0177-toivo

he got thoroughly booed off last night by everyone still in the ground. oldham were the sh1ttest team i have seen in years; but made us look poor.
we couldnt string more than 2 passes together except for the goal. magennis was winning knock ons to nobody. our midfield is our problem - there is no standout player. lookman and holmes should be starting, with 2 up top. i'd rather watch us go for each and every match than this defensive nick a win crap. we should have buried oldham last night but slade does not have the tactical knowledge to take advantage of the superior players we have. he's making our players look below average

Sums it up for me

Rochdale is a massive game for Slade with the international break coming up.

If we don't win on Saturday then 2 wins in 11 puts him in Guy Luzon/Karel Fraeye territory, only this time Russ hasn't got the old "Belgian Handshake" to fall back on. With Uncle Roland only devoting 1.5% of his time to Charlton, and leaving decisions very much to his favourite niece, it would be no surprise if the useless twat used the internal break as the opportunity to have a mini pre season, and send Russ back to obscurity.

You can almost guarantee the Meire-Twat then piously opining that she...

" :emoticon-0159-music gave the customers the British manager we had demanded, but that Russ hadn't improved our ranking. We therefore have to revert to the proven success of the Network manager formula...which means either a 3rd recall for Jose Riga....or Peeters / Luzon/ Karel ...Nobby...or maybe Thomas Dreisen deserves a go :emoticon-0159-music"

Don't laugh - it could well happen <cheers>

I hear Jose Riga has been spotted buying a pair of slippers from the Woolwich branch of Shoe Zone.
