The last person to mug a Mr A Ferguson was Martin Jol...for the tune of £18.6 million for the purchase of Michael Carrick....Martin Jol put the decimal point accidently in the wrong place...It was supposed to be £1.86 million.

mr ferguson went back to the same area and got mugged even worse - 30 million for berbatov and he even had to collect him at the airport himself
 
He also got mugged in Portugal...twice.How someone paid £8 million for a player that was available on a free a week earlier is one of the biggest mysteries ever.The one before that was the £20 million price tag Porto put on Anderson.I reckon they added an extra nought accidently on purpose when they say the Govan Git coming.
 
Stewart Downing apparently prefers a move to Liverpool rather than Arsenal.

Rumour has it that we are interested in the AIK Solna pair Teteh Bangura and Mohamed Bangura. We had scouts at the game along with 10 other European clubs. Teteh Bangura would have no doubt impressed the hordes of watching scouts as he netted all four goals in the 4-0 victory. Mohamed Bangura, 21, provided two assists for his countrymen before he departed the field prematurely through injury.

Newcastle, Tottenham and Chelsea have been keeping tabs on the duo, in particular Mohamed, but could now potentially be pipped by free spending Liverpool.

And their agent Patrick Mork expects one of the sought after attackers to leave the Swedish club before the end of the transfer window. "I expect that at least one of them will leave," said Mork. "I don't know if that's just me being optimistic or realistic. But all players want to move on, and it's my job to help them."

I've had a look at their Wikipedia pages and Teteh has got 56 goals in 70 appearances in his career and has 14 goals in 14 games for AIK Solna. He also has 3 goals in 2 games for Sierra Leone.

Mohamed has 62 goals in 97 appearances in his career and has got 11 goals in 26 games for AIK Solna. He also has 1 goal in 3 games for Sierra Leona.
