I've spent a month compiling information from myself and other posters on RTG.
I've just, this evening, offered Roger the chance to respond before legal process begins.
I don't particularly want to spend time, effort and money on this ...
... but I won't have my personal information bandied around by random users and, particularly, moderators.
I've currently plenty of free time and am vindictive enough to take this to court ...
... Roger only has to respond to put a stop to it.
But please stop sending idiots like Pancho and niceonemarra

That one of his moderators has been party to allowing his personal grudge, against me, to influence his actions. He's posted incorrect accusations that I've made racist and homophobic comments on the board. He's allowed other posters to advertise my personal information and that of @janey
I worked for a Muslim Arab Sheikh, and currently 2 gay millionaires, who'd be quite upset if they believed I was racist or homophobic. My current, and future, employment might be compromised let alone any defamatory legal action.
The moderator, Pancho, has deleted many of the comments he made about me but I'd already saved them.
When RAWA were asking for a representative he thread banned me and bumped my own thread to Parsnip where he attacked me and encouraged other posters to attack me.
I'm exactly the same on here as I was on there ...
... respectful of people's opinions but ready to respond in kind if people take the piss.

That's obviously not right and could effort your future employment if it landed in the wrong hands, I'd imagine.
The problem is, they are hiding behind usernames, so is it possible to find out who they are in the real world?
The owners of a forum can be forced to divulge information if an offence has been committed.
They also have a duty to police the site properly.
It's my belief that this hasn't been the case, and that's the basis of my action.
I genuinely wish you every success with your action mate.
Initially, I made the mistake of blaming the idiots who now inhabit the board for its demise but then I put my brain in gear and asked myself:-
1) Who is ultimately responsible for appointing the mods?
2) Who determines the code of behaviour of those mods?
3) Who, therefore, becomes complicit in the behaviour of all mods and posters by default?
4) Who allows posters to immediately re- register after receiving a ban and continue to carry on as though nothing had happened?
Imho, there is only one answer to each of those questions and it is the same in every case.
I, therefore, believe that you need to focus only on the one individual, who's name and address will be a matter of public record, because he can be held responsible/accountable for every instance you have referred to - you can still (if you wish) pursue the rest at a later date.

My 2 monther is up on the 15th, probably won't last a day before losing it with a mag wum. Haven't missed it . It's changed massively lately, used to be the best crack , now it's over run with them fu****s allowed free reign to wind good posters up until they get the bites they crave like a junkie craves a fix. W*****s , that goes for the mods anarl for letting it happen.
