That is very true as I recall it. It became apparent to me quite quickly what was happening. The persons responsible for turning what was the best thread in quite sometime into what it ended up being should be ashamed, as should those in positions of responsibility for sitting idly by and allowing it all to unravel. It would seem short term gains for increased traffic were more important than the long term good of the board as a whole. Since, I would guess, midsummer last year the board has been declining at an alarming rate, to the point where Roger felt it necessary to make a plea for common sense to prevail. Whilst this appeared to have some effect, it proved to be short lived. The usual suspects have reverted to type. As I stated earlier it’s a damn shame that what was arguably the best football forum in the country has become what it is now.I kept making it clear that I'm just an ordinary Sunderland supporter who, by sheer chance, was privy to some genuine inside info. Once I'd posted it I was sent various info, from various genuine people, which I also posted. In addition I posted my own guesses and opinions as to what would happen next and when. True to form the usual suspects chose to continually quote my guesses as facts, etc.
They knew exactly what they were doing and the Mods allowed it.
Shame, it used to be a good forum for Sunderland supporters.
