I think Roger has overreacted, and I have sympathy, but in the end if you shut down dissent, and things go wrong, you're on the wrong side of history. I was simply going to go with the facts. He could have messaged me and I would have of course abided by what he said. I've never been abusive or libellous.

Well I'm not going to make the post or any kind of 'accusations'. That's what I'm getting at, that if you cross-reference the timing of certain events, there appears to be potential for them to be linked. Maybe they aren't. It's ok to ask the question though, surely?

Tbf there's a canny few websites dedicated to safc that few people have heard of, some people like the village experience and fair play to them

He needs to be very careful mind. I made one post last night about the text messages that someone says Donald sent. Even though I've got reason to believe he has a source I read it back and realised it sounded pretty damning of Donald and I knew I didn't have any way of proving it so took the sensible option of reporting my own post and having it deleted. When people were replying to it I realised that it could possibly be construed as being libelous. What he has posted is a lot more serious as he is directly accusing him of something and he will want to be incredibly sure he can back it up. It would be very naive to think the club aren't monitoring that thread pretty closely

I've always felt free to say whatever I like about anything Sunderland related on here whether it's a direct quote or my own opinion. I'd say the possibility of Donald suing someone on here for speaking their mind or even making some weird **** up for attention is zero.

PS I've heard that the reason that the takeover hasn't gone through yet is because Donald and Methven can't stop publicly spooning each other and the Americans find it embarrassing.

This has been an exhausting day, after a crazy week, but I'm sitting here with tears of laughter in my eyes.

On the 'Roger' RTG thread the Jardines are on crying about how they're ganged up on for absolutely nothing.

Other people are slapping Roger's back and demanding bans for all.

Sadly, the ones who are bleating can only ever comment on other posters so have nothing to contribute of their own accord.

The board is a sad shambles now and with the likes of Jardine, Abu Dhabi, Fletch, etc rattling around incapable of real debate, humour or actual football comment.

They're on there still talking about 'Reiver', hour after hour, although they obviously believe that if they don't actually say my name no one can say they're obsessed

The miserable clowns have half killed the board and, with every sad hypocritical post, and continuing to strangle it.

I can't see it surviving with these lunatics running the asylum.

They claimed the board would be better if I was removed ...

... yeah, good call lads.

I post on both, not that I post a huge amount on there, but I do find myself wanting to post more on here.

This pace and attitude on here is more suited to me as a person and a poster, where people have varied opinions and discuss the contents of the post rather than who posted it.

I have never seen rtg as bad as the previous 2 days and I wouldn't be suprised if they received a warning for the contents of some of the posts.

The biggest problem apart from Pancho is anyone who has a different viewpoint is jumped on.

The takeover rumours brought out the worst of it, those like me who chose to read the rumours and have a positive take on them were often in the firing line of a large group who refuse to believe them and looked for every excuse to score points against those that posted them.

The fact they were allowed to continue then lead to the ****e that was posted Thursday onwards with accusations of financial misconduct and breaking FA rules

I know. I posted my opinion re the outspoken mod and the cowards who were lining up to have a pop at a banned poster and as a result my posts were deleted and I was not allowed to,post on the takeover thread.
I can handle that but these days it doesn’t matter what you post about you are jumped on.
The place is a mess.
