Have you got a good authentic green curry recipe? Or any other authentic Thai dishes for that matter.

Love a good Indian but Thai food is the beed knees for me

I can, certainly, ask my g/f about that and also ask her (again) about her seafood spaghetti recipe, which is mind blowingly delicious.

Please just give me until the beginning of next week to do that - I used to have her SF spaghetti recipe saved, but lost it when I updated my laptop :emoticon-0111-blush.

I made Thailand my home a little over 14 years ago.

Knew was around that way just not sure which country.

I've been to Singapore before but only overnight to catch a flight to Perth do didnt get to properly explore.

Would love to go to Thailand will look into it in next few years maybe cheaper after this COVID is sorted.

Looks amazing like look forward to going.
Been there a few times marra and it's great.

Stay away from Phuket as it's purely a tourist trap with drunken dickheads everywhere.

Favourite spot for me is Ko Samui.

In laws love Chang Rai and Chang Mai. Owldfella is over in the north east near Cambodia from memory

I'll do dome proper research into it before go as I'd like to travel a bit see few parts of it not just one area.

Find some Thai Stick too <laugh>

My son went to Thailand in January 2018 for a holiday.....he's still there!!
He done the normal touristy stuff, then went backpacking around the country. Absolutely loved it......
He had to go out the country every month (i think!!) then come back in. Landed himself a decent job (engineering, cnc or summit), met a stunning lass and they have recently moved into a three bedroom house.
I dont think he will be coming back to the uk to live.

Send it anyway, i'll make it for myself :emoticon-0136-giggl

I think that the easiest way is for me to ask her to cook it next weekend (May 9th/10th) and then take my notes and type it all out.

It can't be this weekend because we are cooking Chinese and the menu is already sorted .

In the interim, though, I found this recipe for Green Curry which looks pretty authentic.

Also, a few other decent looking Thai recipes from the same source.
