Christmas off....Nice payout....That's a win-win.
Haven’t looked at the lower end of the table for awhile, he’s really been under performing.
As ever I don't know whether you're being serious, but I was thinking the opposite. Surely Oxford are expected to be pretty much bottom in this division and last season was an overperformance.
Only downside with his good pay out his family will expect better gifts.
2nd season syndrome for Oxford. I was chatting to a couple of their fans when we played them back in August. They said the players on our bench would walk into their first team. Punched above their weight last season, but found out this. It happens.

Madness. Rowett was the best chance they had of staying up with the squad he had available.

If you’re sacking Rowett before Christmas, surely you have to gamble on an up-and-coming manager and try to build something if your aspirations are higher than simply surviving relegation. There’s no point sacking Rowett and getting someone in purely to do a survival job. Waste of time.
Why do you say that? They stuck with him all through last season and I think they have more points this season.
