Sacked by Oxford United.
Merry Christmas Gary.

As ever I don't know whether you're being serious, but I was thinking the opposite. Surely Oxford are expected to be pretty much bottom in this division and last season was an overperformance.Haven’t looked at the lower end of the table for awhile, he’s really been under performing.
Only downside with his good pay out his family will expect better gifts.Christmas off....Nice payout....That's a win-win.
He's already wasted money buying his kids Oxford United clobber!Only downside with his good pay out his family will expect better gifts.![]()
Recruitment has been poor too.As ever I don't know whether you're being serious, but I was thinking the opposite. Surely Oxford are expected to be pretty much bottom in this division and last season was an overperformance.
Portsmouth look like they’re in trouble as well. Didn’t really strengthen in the summer and have another injury crisis.2nd season syndrome for Oxford. I was chatting to a couple of their fans when we played them back in August. They said the players on our bench would walk into their first team. Punched above their weight last season, but found out this. It happens.
Another team who've been punching above their weight realistically.Portsmouth look like they’re in trouble as well. Didn’t really strengthen in the summer and have another injury crisis.
You do wonder what the owner and I imagine some fans expectMadness. Rowett was the best chance they had of staying up with the squad he had available.
Maybe, but the football was awful.Madness. Rowett was the best chance they had of staying up with the squad he had available.
They only went up last season Bradyits one of those things from the outside it seems mad but
when you are fighting relegation each season, it probably gets stale
new manager might give them that bit of tiny boost to stay up
portsmouth will probably hire rowett in a couple weeks
They only went up last season Brady
Plenty of applicants I imaginetwo seasons in a row, with nothing to aspire to other than survival
its a gamble, but they were most likely going down this season anyway
portsmouth are probably a game or two from sacking their manager
Why do you say that? They stuck with him all through last season and I think they have more points this season.two seasons in a row, with nothing to aspire to other than survival
its a gamble, but they were most likely going down this season anyway
portsmouth are probably a game or two from sacking their manager
