It used to be reserved for sentences such as "I like strawberries and cream" and "She looks like Brigitte Bardot". But now it seems to be required 4 or 5 times in a sentence. I haven't worked out what it is achieving but after the 3rd one in a sentence I've had enough. The TV program Made in Chelsea must be close to holding the record for the most use of the word "like".

What about that loudmouth bint Katy Hopkins or whatever her name is,Most of you will know the one who has an opinion on everything and she was on that Alan Sugar programme a few years back,oh and she looks like a horse! <laugh>

Anyone see her on This Morning last year when she told Schoffield "I can't stand silly names parents give children these days" To which he replied " But you called your daughter India" and that shut her up! <laugh> She deserves to be in for that alone with her double standards!

100% shes in, such an irritating woman who seems to think she cant be wrong.... have you seen her kids? Ive seen cheerier looking ones in childline adverts!
