Yesterday, with Conor Washington going off early, should have been his chance, and yet he didn't come on until we had lost the midfield, meaning he didn't get a sniff. Is he a dud?

Agree I think he should have been given his chance .. 5 mins here and there is not going to help the bloke at all ... ... but I saying that when we went 4231 with Millar and DJ playing off Stockley we looked really good

First game he came on and scored a smart goal.
Second game he fell over in front of an open goal, and stopped a goal-bound Gunter shot from going in.
Since then hardly kicked a ball.
Might be better going back to his pregnant wife and family.

My gut feeling is he knows where the net is, but if he was with us on trial, he would be flying back home by now. I'd like to see him given a run, but I think the current squad doesn't have the nous to use him to the best of his ability. If I was betting, I'd expect him to move out in the summer, and then to come back and regularly haunt us with goals for the likes of Luton or Portsmouth, for years to come.

Not a good time for him to have come to a new country tbh. Too much going on for him to be focussed. Still might come good if we're in L1 next season and things settle down for him. Needs a run and some confidence then we'll see if he's any good. Not the best signing, but at the time we were desperate.

It'll be nice to see if Adkins can get us to play ball to feet for the guy. I stuill think he can do a job for us if we give him the ball where he can use it - he isn't going to do much chasing hoofball,

Thank you and yes it certainly is
Always good to have new blood, Ube<ok>, We've lost one or two recently, but seem to be ticking along quite nicely atm, especially considering it's the international break when things tend to degenerate somewhat.

A first step might be to replace Stockley with Aneke, who is so much better with the ball at his feet. Washington won't be ready on Friday, so we may see the Aneke/Schwartz partnership get a start.
