Does anyone remember that one that used to be at flamingo land? It was called magnum force or something? My brother was on it when it broke down and he was sat on it for 2 hours.

The ones at alton towers are good, but they have nothing on the ones in USA.

Magnum force was amazing, the seatbelts were a bit tight though. Cut my bloody neck on one!

All the Alton Towers ones are great -Oblivion being my personal fave. However I want to go to Ohio specifically to go on this one:

Is that the Aerosmith one?

If so, that was a good one but it lasted about 20 seconds.

Indeed ( i meant Holywood studios not Universal )

I just remembered though byfar my favourite was the Rip Ride Rockit in Universal fantastic!
You choose your own music to listen to as you go around and when you go up to the top it feels like you're going to fall out

I always find Alton Towers a bit of a let down. They can't build rides higher than the trees due to local planning laws which makes it hard. Most their rollercoasters are really short too, they seem to go for quantity over quality.

The new one at Flamingoland is pretty good, Kumali I think it's called. Amazing how that place has changed so much in recent years, 5 years ago it was relying on ex travelling fair rides.

Yeah Flamingo Land is a lot of fun.

I like the big lighthouse thing that just shoots into the air. FL is good because the queues are no where near as bad as Alton Towers.

"Big Roo's Pom Stinker" at Melbourne's Oz Adventure Park.. it's so scary that they refund you half the price if you don't **** yourself or throw up during the ride...

It's not the tallest or fastest and it doesn't have any loops, but for the sheer terror of feeling you're about to fall out this is unrivaled. I'll never go on it again.

I went on this one while on a stag do, the reason it's scary, is you think it's going to fall apart!

I've been on the Aerosmith one too and it is really short, the hologram at the start is a bit cheesy too.

Stratosphere in Vegas is worth a visit, the Insanity ride is just bizarre, you sit in an open chair, 35 ft over the side of a 1,000 hit tower and it spins so you're facing straight down.
