That was my thoughts on my exchanges on RTG, wasn't too fussed to beg to disagree...Many moons ago, I’m talking 2008. I used to frequent another now extinct Sunderland forum with the bloke who runs Roker Report.
The bloke was an absolute arsehole. Arrogant as **** and attention seeking in the extreme. Now granted this was a long time ago and he’s around my age so I’d say he’s about 30 now. Maybe he’s changed and matured but that’s how I remember him. Used to spit his dummy out if he wasn’t the forum’s top poster.
You have entire threads set up by yourself to moan at RTG and Roker Report. You've had form in the past for moaning about RAWA too. Seems like you're only happy when people are marching to the beat of your drum. You do realise someone else giving an opinion in an article does not mean they are telling you what to think? This Ricky Gervais bit reminds me of you:You must log in or register to see media
Cheer up a bit is all I'm saying![]()
SAFC world? Gav used to get on there but didn’t run it.Many moons ago, I’m talking 2008. I used to frequent another now extinct Sunderland forum with the bloke who runs Roker Report.

Their biggest mistake was getting too close to Stewrat and his sidekick. However, I can’t blame them for doing so as they got a lot of news.I really like Roker Report. Think they’ve made a couple of mistakes editorially but that’s opinions
That’s the one mate and yeah I know.SAFC world? Gav used to get on there but didn’t run it.
The irony is your doing the same thing you preach about.
I like here and RTG.
And as adults we have the choice to debate or ignore comments.
I used to love a good pìss take, wind up etc. But I'm getting old now and there's more important things in life like family etc.
That's why I don't bother much online anymore rather than being accused of something like allegiance etc![]()

It's quite sad and a little weird.
There's a constant stream of presumably grown ups who come over to this board pretending to debate a particular point. They usually keep up the pretence for half a dozen posts before having a nasty personal attack at me ...
... this lad only lasted two posts than ran away![]()
... what's the crack.
I've never paid them much heed and just thought they were a harmless bunch of Sunderland fans keen enough to indulge themselves.
But they seem to want to actually be the news rather than reporting it which is becoming increasingly annoying. They never seem to miss the chance for a dig at the club and the click-bait is way too obvious.
Does anyone know these lads, are they just getting carried away ... are they Mags
They keep popping up when I hit 'new tab', this is today's effort. They're nominating people for 'season awards' or summat.
Malc Dugdale says... Lee Johnson!
"I know he isn’t at the club anymore, and I am not sure whether we would have been promoted if we didn’t let him go post-Bolton, but he bought the players and set out his plan that others have benefitted from, and we have to recognise that."
Ah right, well that's me telt![]()

Were they being played by Methven though? Looking back (and hindsight is a wonderful thing) but they look like they have been used a bit. Connor Bromley went off to work for the club and then ended up leaving SAFC not long after, then Graham Falk was at RR and left to do his own pod( which is very good btw).Their podcasts and exposure to Donald was fantastic. Any fans would have done the same and any pretending they wouldn’t have are either lying or bathing in a lake of hindsight

I agree, but should that have raised alarm bells as well as excitement? Just playing devils advocate.Yeah as I said I don’t blame them at all, I bet they were in dreamland they had that access to the owner of SAFC.
I think there were a lot of red flags, this was one of them for definite. I think the biggest one was the fans changing the seats.I agree, but should that have raised alarm bells as well as excitement? Just playing devils advocate.
Good shout mate. "pink seats........ change them yourselves......"I think there were a lot of red flags, this was one of them for definite. I think the biggest one was the fans changing the seats.
