Why would I want a Macbook though? Not going to be using iTunes or the App store. Won't be doing video, picture or music editing. What I need is a laptop with an excellent display that I'll be able to do reports on for work, connect to the internet with offshore and watch HD porn on.

Plus MacOS is queer.

I'm not going to keep it closed and stare at the Apple logo, ****ing over the fact it looks quite nice <whistle>
 
The iPad, when the iPhony is too small for everyone to notice how big a tool you are.

Dell XPS are pretty good.

Also, check out Acer, they make good **** and are usually a tad cheaper. Although cant be ****ed looking for a model so you're on your own mate.

I got an Acer last year and it's no bad at all. As I said I could have done and would have preferred a Macbook Pro but I can't really have any complaints <ok>

It's got HD Screen, Blu Ray player and a full keyboard <ok>

A few people have mentioned Acer to me now. Think I'll just get that Dell XPS though. Looks like a decent bit of kit, and I really can't be bothered looking at laptops or netbooks any more. Been trying to find a netbook with a HD screen and a HDMI port for a while now. Not happening, no chance am I paying over £500 for a netbook.

That Dell looks ideal for my needs. Don't understand folk who spend a ****-load on a laptop that is essentially for watching films/porn and surfing the internet. I don't play games on my computer either, it's just a porn/Not606/Football scores box I want.

I was once stranded on an unmanned installation for 10 weeks due to weather conditions and all I had was a supply of out of date Curry Pot Noodles.

You didn't hear me complaining - no siree.

Like a true Sheep I braved it out and became a better woman for it.

My iPhone works fine with my handfree in the car.

The iPad is class mate.

The only drawback about my iPhone is the battery life, but I've had it now for 15 months, so probably to be expected.

The main drawback is the ****s who whip out the GayPhone in a pub going "look at my baby naming app" or "check this out, my phone makes fart noises"

I told one of my mates if he ever shows me an iPhone app when we're out drinking again I'm going to stamp on his phone then put it in his pint. He hasn't showed me an app since as I was deadly serious.

In my car, I have a Parrot handsfree, it's a BMW, I don't know what stereo it is.

And she has bluetooth in her car and it works in there too, Audi, again don't know what stereo, she has Bose speakers, if that means anything about the stereo, I really don't know chutney ferret. <ok>

Ruffled your feathers by calling it a "GayPhone.". Obviously you've got Appleitis whereby you can't accept that all their products are for ****s who like to pretend they're at the nexus of technology and fashion.
