Sorry but this is nonsense. Of course some players didnt like him but funnily enough it was the ones who werent playing regularly, the same as you'll find at every club. I'm thinking people like Tom. But yeah, I mean Fryatt, Hobbs, Mannone and the like who signed for him twice clearly hated him....

I for one would like to thank the Leicester poster for defending OUR owners and for taking the abuse thrown at him for doing so.

I have been as guilty as voicing my opinions on here at times, this is what this forum is about surely? ,so why is it when someone comes from another board and does it he is villified for standing up for OUR OWNERS, some of you need to bang your heads against the wall.

I fully expect certain members/tools on here to be having a go at me for my views but remember I HAVE THE RIGHT TO EXPRESS THEM FREELY AS YOU DO.

Everyone has the right to express an opinion, that's why I've been defending Proud's right to be posting what he has been.

Everyone also has the right to not have a WUM (past form and current conduct) coming on here distorting what they've said in order to provoke an argument and derail things more than the situation already has. I've told him twice to stop and he's decided to keep going. I've been one of the people defending the Allams saying we need to see what's happened and why. Apparently though I'm throwing my toys out of the pram because he's telling me to do that and I don't think we should.

If he wants to contribute without twisting things then he's free to, if he keeps twisting comments then I'll just delete the offending posts now.

If the Allams wanted Sharp but AP/NB did not, then why did the Allams not sign off on Robert Snodgrass from TWS who was cheaper than Sharp and also a better player i would suggest ?

Sharp is an out and out striker, Snodgrass isn't and we had Stewart, Brady, King, and Koren to play the 3 roles behind.

I was not having a go at you butnow that you mention it how about you apply the same rules towards some of our own posters who seem to get away with murder because they choose to follow a certain click as they seem to get away with enforcing their will on others and if they get challanged get abusive.
I thanked him for standing up for our owners is all and if you cannot see that I would ask you to read the replies again. It dosen't matter to me where they come from they should not be threatened with being banned in public or verbally abused and that is for you and OLM and Dutch to do on this forum.

I've also been on the receiving end of that. I can't speak for the other mods, but rather than deleting it I prefer to leave it as the resorting to abuse weakens their credibility. If someone actually reports a post then it's a different matter.

Where they come from is irrelevent, we're not having the same problem with Proud and Running. He hasn't been threatened with a ban anyway. I said if he kept WUMing I'd deal with it accordingly (hence deleted posts). I'll only have someone banned if they become a persistent nuisance (I think there's been two people banned since the forum opened, and both were before I was a mod). I've dealt with it publically because it's something connected to my posts, and if I'm going to mod someone who's being argumentative with me rather than someone else I think it's fair to explain it for people, rather than just deleting it and having accusations that I'm modding in my own interests. If he's going to come on Wumming then he's going to be abused. If I delete a post I delete the follow on posts as well so that takes care of the abuse.
