+ Bruce has gone for experience.
+ Villa rely too much on Kodjia.
+ Terry will provide real leadership and sort out the egos within their locker room.
+ Terry's age could be a worry but he'll find a way to adapt.

+ They worry about us getting near the top 6 because of the number of players lost.
+ Manager is a "gamble" (Cottee).
+ Owners have sold the team from under Slutsky who is a very good manager (Dowie).
+ Mellor thinks losing the players will help (as will the fans).

They've signed some decent players, but they haven't really strengthened the defence. They'll be top 10 this season.
