Yes of course. Cos a sponsorship deal from one of the world's largest car companies who make profits of $7.5 billion a year and have no connection to our owners is just as dodgy as a sponsorship deal from a small airline making annual losses who just happen to be owned by the same person who owns the club Seriously, do you ever think before you post?
That's what I was thinking, and they are paying £10 mill more and is a "fantastic signing" where as RVP was all about "they are paying £24 mill for a 29 year old in the last year of his contract"
am not talking about now !! am referring to all new deals in a year or two .. once clubs have more money all new players will ask for more money, where do you think those extra TV moeny will go? it will not go to owners pockets or reducing ticket prices for the fans .. but all will go to player's and agent's pocket.. so City will have to stamp up bigger wages for any new players , and don't forget that in 1-2 seasons from now, when contract renewing time comes, most of the players with old contract will ask for big increase on their wages to match what other are getting
And they're not. Any chance this can be renamed the tedious FFP thread so Shwan can argue with Chelsea fans on his tod and the rest of us can just ignore it? Cheers
tbh i just asked a QS of how City will meet FFP with all those new signings, it was chelsea fans who jumped on the QS and then argument started since anyway FFP is one of the key subjects regarding one of our strongest rivals ..I find nothing is wrong if we decided to talk about it for 1-2 pages , more as there are little news around to enable us to move into another subjects
hahaha First FA , now UEFA .. let the conspiracy theories come in guys Gill is a professional guy .. he will never be biased ... but i just can predict the headlines if City or Chelsea been banned by Gill
