4 away matches out of 6 in October, toughest month I can remember.

I don't know why but I thought Spurs were away next week to City, throws a different light on it.

You know what is truly astonishing? David Luiz has cost circa £110m in his last three transfers... £30m x2 to Chelsea and £50m to PSG.

I'm wondering if Koeman's honeymoon is over at Everton. Considering their position in the table I expected them to beat Norwich and Bournemouth easily.

Lukaku is their only forward. Bolasie is the definitive 'hit or miss' player (if he isn't, then Delofeu is). Mirallas really isn't all that. Barkley is severely lacking confidence. Barry's quality but ageing, as is Lenny. Their most effective midfielder (McCarthy) is broken long-term and after that little lot you're into the likes of Cleverley and Gibson. If he gets that little lot above 6th, then he's a miracle worker

The second division is a puzzle. Will our favourite waiter get back to the PL? Are A.Villa doomed to the 3rd Division? Will Huddersfield blow up....or could they actually get into the PL.
One of the foreign stations keeps saying La Liga is the best in the world. Some hopes. You can't beat our pyramid with those former League clubs battling to return.
You can't beat it.

As another thought comes to mind......if the clubs keep paying crazy wages, the pyramid could cease to exist!

Bournemouth were excellent yesterday. I don't know if Koeman underestimated them, but 1-0 doesn't do justice to Bournemouth's superiority.

I hope Spanners experience of the so-called London Stadium (not intimate, doesn't feel like home etc) doesn't become our experience with Wembley. Isn't there an element (I hope I'm wrong) that we're actually playing away, and the away side isn't going to be intimidated by the stadium, they might even be inspired by it.
