Marcelo Bielsa has continued to add weight to his reputation as an unpredictable nutter.
Pochettino's hero and mentor has quit as Lazio manager after only two days! <laugh>
There are a bunch of rumours why this has happened, but the club are clearly pissed and hinting at legal action.

Bad news for Piers Morgan and Piskie, I fear! <laugh>

He should be the next England manager. At least he'd have the balls to drop Rooney, Hart and Sterling and implement a system that makes sense to all people over the age of 3.

Oh no. I want Rooney to be selected for every Bielsa England training camp, regardless of playing.
Then he can announce his retirement from England internationals when the post fitness session
vomiting is too much for him to bear. :)

Bielsa would be a better Belgium manager than an England one, as his patented 3331 formation would suit Belgium perfectly:
Courtois; Alderweireld, Kompany, Vertonghen; Nyarlathotep, Witsel, Dembele; De Bruyne, Hazard, Carrasco; Lukaku

On the subject of Belgium, it says a lot that the KVBV's first response when asked about Wilmots' future is to say they can't afford to sack him.

Graziano Pelle has joined Shandong Luneng, a prog rock group from the 70s.
Wait, what's that? They're a Chinese football team? Really? What a waste.
Papiss Cisse recently jumped on their gravy train and they're managed by Felix Magath, of Fulham failure fame, apparently.

I thought that we had a revolving door transfer strategy at times, but this is ridiculous.
Both their Portuguese defenders will be eyeing the exit now too, in all likelyhood.
Last one out, turn the lights off!

Very strange news about Pelle - he had a decent tournament and is definitely still PL standard. Must be the quality of football they play over there <whistle>

Meanwhile over in China, former Chelsea midfielder Ramires had to be restrained by several team mates as he attempted to attack the referee after being sent off for Jiangsu Suning. He was dragged kicking and screaming from the pitch and proceeded to vent his frustrations by punching a hole in the home team's dugout.

Which just goes to show that earning more money doesn't make you any less of a c***.

To be honest I think a pairing of Toby and Fonte is better than the one with Toby and Vert.

We should get Fonte in....don't know his age, but our team would be better with him in the starting XI.

He's 32 now and 33 in December, so it's not going to happen, really.
The only defenders at Southampton that I could see Levy going for are van Dijk or maybe Targett, at a push.
Probably too expensive, though.

More chance of playing less games over there, when your home ground can change into
the following at short notice :

Didn't Croydon use that picture for West Ham's stadium recently?

Mike Ashley has prevented a lot of the fans from the Northeast from moaning about Premier League football this season.
Sunderland have bravely stepped into the breach by unveiling this monstrosity of an away kit:

I'm sure that'll go down well with the average Mackem! <laugh>
Millwall, on the other hand, have decided that they want to be West Brom, for some reason:

Their midfield looks like it might lack a bit of pace........<laugh>
