To be honest I think a pairing of Toby and Fonte is better than the one with Toby and Vert. We should get Fonte in....don't know his age, but our team would be better with him in the starting XI.
He's 32 now and 33 in December, so it's not going to happen, really. The only defenders at Southampton that I could see Levy going for are van Dijk or maybe Targett, at a push. Probably too expensive, though.
