Like I said, Bitter !
You know what, Spurs have until now always been my second favourite team since the days of Chivers, Peters, Jennings ( hands like shovels ) Neighbour, Gilzean, Coates but now after reading some of the quotes on here ?
Basically saying we don't mind playing understudy to Arsenal all these years cos we play half decent football ? Like I said, bitter and laughable !

Excuse me we are having our best season in the top league since the 70/80's your insult is pathetic. You are leading by 7 points and you have no grace whatsoever. Everyone on here has at some time or other pointed out what an amazing season Leicester are having. Do you think we hadn't noticed? <laugh>
This is a discussion on styles and methods OK?

Italian football, I hate to admit has been a little more successful than English football in my lifetime as I was only four in 66.

That is the point that was being made. It does not however make us want our team to play like them. You don't seem to care as long as you win, which is a position very common nowadays but you are on the Spurs board we have a different agenda. <ok>

What odds do you think I would get on a 3 match accumulator wins for Man Utd, Everton and Chelsea in Leicesters last 3? I know I am clutching at straws but maybe worth a punt!

Reading a lot of comments on here and on the entertaining football I agree but what I don't understand is if like you say that this has been the Spurs ethos on how football should be played, how come you have had such a high turnover of management over the last decade ?

Levy's not the best at picking managers. Pochettino was 2nd choice after LVG stood us up. Jol was Jacques Santini's underling. Harry was a panic appointment to keep us up. Think:

Hoddle, Santini, Ramos, AVB and LVG.

They were Levy's chosen leaders.

Oh yeah, add in Commoli and Swiss Tony Baldini as well!! Jeez, he does pick 'em!!

Another penalty appeal.

Give Leicester credit though, they did have four shots on target which is quite a lot for them. Didn't get over 50% of the possession though, as usual.

Why wind yourself up like that?

Just had the misfortune to hear that cretin Collymore on the Leicester City Love in (talkshite) and apparently no one has worked out how to play against or outplayed Leicester all season - He clearly didn't see the match at the Lane in the league or the FA cup replay at the KP when we were without question the better side.

You mean that match that we won and that match that we played the reserves?
