Manchester United manager David Moyes spent the international break checking out the talent on display in League Two - at Fleetwood v Chesterfield.
(Source: Sunday Mirror)

You've got to give Moyes credit, eh, lads! He knows where to go hunting for all the top talent.
<doh>

Cod Army

Athough it's probably a cheap substitute like pollock these days.

AVB checked out Barca's reserves who are not yet the finished article and are not yet good enough for the PL. If that's the case is AVB planning a long stay with us by buying not yet ready players to play some years hence?

Not necessarily. If he were to leave, then it'd still be useful information to have.

Someone needs to tell Bale he's got his move and he can quit faking injuries now. I was impressed by his ability to pretend to hurt himself training while not training due to previously not hurting himself not training. Seems like its addictive.

I for one would be appalled to think we flogged Real a 100 million euro crock.

Your joking,i'm sure,i would love it, after all illegal tapping up they used

there are reports he might have a slipped disc. I have to admit, i had a little chuckle. Get well soon Baley-boy, hope your form doesn't take a dive! (btw, sarcasm)

Moronic tabloid journalists count as rivals, right? Good...

The Star is reporting we'll be selling Holtby in January as we have several other players in his position, such as Eriksen, Paulinho and Capoue. Apart from the fact Paulinho and Capoue don't play in his position...

I've just seen the brief (not full) report on Newcastle v Liverpool. I see one of the Toon players was sent off for fouling Suarez. I have no doubt that Suarez is often fouled legitimately but just seeing that description makes me worried! Did anyone see this match?

Yes, it was a foul and a correct sending off/penalty. I think he made the most of it, but it was legit. Got past the defender who pulled him back.

Slipped a tax disc perhaps, I'm sure he is still smarting for the waste of funds on a redundant disc.

One Team which is really impressing are West Brom, they are playing some fab football since they decided to attack rather then sit back.

Chavs drew level with a goal that should not have been allowed. Striker should have been booked for a foul on the keeper, too.

Sunderland and Norwich are two teams that are looking pretty lost, at the moment.
