Yeah, it's a fairly typical response from Fergie. You pick me up on my comments, I won't overlook anything anyone at the FA does no matter how minor or accidental.

I doubt he's the first Man Utd player to have herpes, though I'd guess it's normally the other type.

Koscielny is not definitely out. He has a fitness test and looked like he was out training from the pics on Arsenal.com, and I think with the options we have left, he will probably be risked.
