Only one of those goals won us a league game (and league position is what we are discussing), and how many games did Spurs win as a result of ade's assists and key contributions?

Very selective stats you have provided I wonder why?

Work it out yourself, I have no idea what you consider a "key contribution".

How many assists and key contributions has Ade provided? At least VP is our own player, also he didn't beat the opposition defences on his own to get his goals, the majority came from the quality service provided by his team mates.

Most of which would not have been converted by anybody else at your club, or most other clubs for that matter. RVP is hugely responsible for your current position. If you don't believe me, see where you are when he's gone!

They were not all champagne finishes. Can I borrow your crystal ball please?

And how many has Ade missed that Defoe might have scored? Answer - we don't know, so this is a pointless debate.

Not true. Just taking away their goals would make you 4 points poorer and may have meant you went out of the FA Cup a round earlier.

Henrys league winner was a tap in. Anyone would of scored it. Are you really trying to say that you have benefitted less than us from loan players this year? Because if you are then o dear <doh>

Scoring is about more than the finish. Anyway no, I was pointing out that you've been benefiting from loan signings too, something your good friend was struggling with too.

Defoe's record speak's for itself ie poor. He is nothing more than a super sub with a hard shot, not a finisher, continually shoots, granted quite hard but usually over the bar. All he does is spoil the team play, Ade on the other hand is a very different and much more effective player.

Defoe's record is poor?
He's scored more goals than anyone at Arsenal, bar van Persie.

If we hadn't have brought in Adebayor, then we'd have brought in somebody else.
You don't have a point.
All you are doing is proving that we've utilised our resources better than you have.

Only an imbecile who knows jack **** would write this. <doh>

'anyone' who had the movement, awareness and anticipation to be in the right place at the right time.

Exactly!! The same point I've been trying to preach to these blind Goonsrs about RVP. you have to have his talent and perception to even be in the right place to get that many goals.

i dont understand this..'hes not your player he is on loan '....and what does that exactly mean? that we dont get credit for his goals and assists?.......or that hes not loyal?

or that he came to give us a hand because we are incapable> <doh>

he does a service to our team...if he goes he goes...a bit like any other footballer who decides to leave at the end of any season....similar to whar RVP,might do...and Nasri did...u know...left at the end of the season...yeh you might get a fee for them bt we dont exactly pay Ade's full wage so that isnt very important in the circumstance.

I thought any decent football fan would be glad to see a footballer being used in a similar fashion to footballers using clubs, kissing badges then fking off'

we can use our loanee then send him off if we want...a bit of a hollow victory this...'using a player that is not yours' bolox <ok>

You can see Torres getting a winner here.

all i saw was Drogba behaving like a cheating basterd and Toress sulking off near the end when Di Matteo tried celebrating wth him.....an extra 2 matches is all good as i cant see them winning it.

Any other striker would have been slated for missing an open goal...again!, a player of his quality should have been able to side foot that on target, he was miles away.

Top Tip :- United fans should tread carefully criticising poor CL opposition...very carefully. :)

is it just me or does everybody breathe a sigh of relief after every Toress fuk up..because we all want him to keep his record going<laugh>

its a case of 'ooh that was close' no not that he broke his duck...but he almost ruined my weekly intallments of him constantly missing sitters!

Not really - common sense (and decades of history) dictate he'll break his duck against us...
