Whoever it is, you can bet they will get a new manager bounce when they play us....![]()
They’ve given it to the same guy who was interim for a couple of games when they sacked Maresca. Apparently he’s there until end of the season

Yeesh, what sort of club goes through three managers in a single season???Chelsea delayed the sacking of Rosenior.
Hours, not minutes.
Gary 0’Neil next?
Most managers this season?Yeesh, what sort of club goes through three managers in a single season???

Is it bad that my first thought was that Watford and Leeds managed to keep the total down to four...?Watford (2019/20), Chelsea (2022/23), and Leeds United (2022/23) all had 4 managers in one season.
That feels low for Watford, feels like they almost go through an XI of managers each season. They make us look like amateurs in the manager merry-go-round circus.Watford (2019/20), Chelsea (2022/23), and Leeds United (2022/23) all had 4 managers in one season.
Probably exhausted all their options by now...That feels low for Watford, feels like they almost go through an XI of managers each season. They make us look like amateurs in the manager merry-go-round circus.
That's Leeds safe then...
Will Still uninstalling Football Manager as we speakProbably exhausted all their options by now...
Yeah they’ve got 40 points now, will probably get a few more too.
As we all suspected, it’s out of Spurs and West Ham.
I wouldn't be surprised if the third team to drop does so with 40+ points this season. I can see West Ham getting 2 wins and a draw from their final fixtures. We know without doubt that we need at least 3 wins. That puts both of us on 40pts.
Has only happened once before in a 38-game season; West Ham in 02/03 with 42pts.
Spurs winning 3 out of 5 when they’ve not won since December.
I just can’t see that happening. Think it might be 1 win, 1 draw and 3 defeats from the rest of the games.
Us winning 3/5 certainly would be!!Would be unprecedented.

Leicester will play Bromley in League One next season.
Ten years Leicester were Champions and Bromley had their first season on the Conference (now National League) after promotion from Conference League South.
