Yeah he shouldn’t be getting a job in the PL again. He was very lucky to get the Forest job and imo only got it because of the connection with the owner.
A return to Celtic end of the season would make sense and wouldn’t surprise me as he can dominate there and play ‘Angeball’ as they have such superior players to most up there

Gotta have sympathy for him, a genuinely decent bloke but this league requires more than just “go attack, mate”. Wish him the very best wherever he ends up next, he'll still have plenty of opportunities available, his football would probably be great for the Eredivisie or Belgian Pro League.

I’m not sure that Arsenal merit all the hype.
They’ve looked very average again and seem to lack creativity , relying a lot on set pieces.

In no small part due toa couple of helpful loans from their former manager Harry Redknapp, IIRC
They are nailed on to win the league IMO. I am making my peace with that fact (work in progress) and just worrying about our season.
It's a bit spiteful to say, but I do feel vindicated that it ended like this for him. Forest have experienced what quite a few of us were worrying about from almost day one. The guy was and is hopelessly out of his depth. The only reason we won the Europa is that he reverted to Tony Pulis tactics against largely Championship level opposition.
The only reason he lasted as long as he did here is that Levy had utterly snookered himself and dismissing him mid season would have made his position untenable.
Turns out the Lewis family concluded that his position was untenable anyway, but fate has a funny way of biting you in the arse like that.
From an attacking point of view, there is absolutely improvement needed.
Although, in fairness, we are starting to create more chances in games. Beforehand, we weren't creating anything at all outside of set plays, so there's already a vast improvement.
But yes, we definitely need to be showing more of a clinical edge moving forward.
Defensively though, our setup and personnel are of elite calibre. I know it will be hard to sustain, but if we continue on this trajectory of clean sheets, we won't need to be scoring 3 or 4 each game (which is what it feels like Liverpool need to do) - 1 or 2 goals a game will be enough in most matches.
Our performances have been very up and down, but even when we've not played at our best (like today), we've still been better than the opposition in a lot of games. Fulham didn't even have a shot on target tonight and they only had 1 attempt on goal in the whole second half.
Someone said to me earlier that they think Arsenal will probably begin to show their best selves after Christmas. Perhaps there's validity to that.
Still a long way to go, though, and we've been here before with Arsenal, so I'm certainly not taking anything for granted right now...
