Been there already this season.
That Thursday night game against West Ham, not only lost but then then got heavily delayed on the M1 on the trip back home and finally arriving at 2:30 in the morning. Nice. Oh and up for work at 6 the next day...
No even the worst of the night though.
Sutton v Harrogate - 475 mile round trip in midweek. I suspect this was a rearranged fixture, so it had to be played midweek but that doesn’t make it easier for fans.
And there are regular direct coach journeys from Birmingham to Newcastle as well as train links. Who but who else travels from Harrogate to Sutton?

Not going to lie. Liverpool have absolutely battered Chelsea tonight, and are worthy of the 3 points based on the gulf in quality between the two sides. But they got very fortunate with a few decisions that game. Van Dijk especially can count himself lucky on two big penalty incidents.
Anybody keeping count with how many times that sentence has been uttered in the past 5-6 seasons?
Klopp's angry crying after our match has been very effective.
Since Klopp's made it public knowledge that he's leaving, it just feels like it's going to take an awful lot for the referees to make a big decision against Liverpool, especially at Anfield. Seems as if everyone is trying to get the stars to align for Liverpool to win the big prize(s) at the end of the season.

How is Darwin Nunez so good yet equally so ****? His movement and all round play is superb but the guy’s finishing is tragic. Strange, strange player. If he could finish on a semi consistent basis he’d probably be one of the top five strikes in the game right now.

He will honestly be very dangerous if learns that goals are scored in between the posts and not hitting them direct. Everything else about his game is pretty much superb.
