Potter could well find himself in danger of being dismissed.

When it was obvious that he was off to Chelsea, my view was that it wasn't the right club for him. There's a complete culture change going on there, with a new owner, board and a high player turnover. In his first top job, that's not helpful.

I still think that he'd be a blinding Spurs coach.

Him going to Chelsea at that juncture was as nonsensical as Mourinho coming to us and expecting it to turn out well. Wrong timing, wrong squad, wrong culture.

On Potter, I don't think he's doing himself any favours with his post-match comments. He still speaks like he's Brighton manager, emphasising the positives like the work rate, effort or chances created. That isn't going to wash with a fanbase that has had ruthless success on a doped-up intravenous drip for the past two decades. There are no incremental gains or small successes at Chelsea, there are only enormous successes, and equally enormous twats.

To be fair to Citeh, they are missing their most consistent performer... Anthony Taylor! :emoticon-0148-yes:

I was watching just now for about 10 mins and it was pretty boring. Did see the unusual sight of a Citeh player getting booked for something he should have been booked for though.

City have been absolutely coasting in the second half.
It's the sort of thing that could be very dangerous if Chelsea were to nick one back soon.
Sometimes it's very hard to switch back on when you've switched off.

Yes, funny that....
In a game where they are so far ahead it matters not a jot, they actually pick up 3 bookings for those 'disruption' fouls that they normally gat away with.
Wonder why that was? <doh>
