Yeah if he gets covid anytime soon then he’s left himself open to criticism. Plus won’t help with the rumours that he’ll be going back to Madrid in the summer
He's a Madrid fan, so I can't blame him for taking the opportunity to see them live in London.
He certainly shouldn't have been sitting with the Chelsea fans, though.
There's the covid risk, of course, but also just the general risk of him getting recognised.
Plenty of dangerous, old-school hooligans around, especially for rare, big games.

I'm not particularly singling out the Abramobitches in this case.
A player sitting with the home fans of a rival team is just stupid, almost regardless of who it is.

How many points do you think they'll get and how many do think they'll need?

I expected them to get something against Burnley, and the fact they haven't (and the manner of their loss), means I'm much less confident of them staying up like I originally thought.

Man Utd (H) - L
Leicester (H) - W
Liverpool (A) - L
Chelsea (H) - L
Leicester (A) - L
Watford - (A) - D
Brentford (H) - W
Palace (H) - W
Arsenal (A) - L

I think that would give them 35 points. I'm unsure whether that will be enough.

Arteta will keep them up on the last day for old times' sake. <whistle>

He's lost the last 3 games against them, so wouldn't surprise me if he allows them to do the double over us two seasons in a row. <laugh>

On a serious note, if we're definitely out of the top-4 race by then, but Everton still need a result to stay up, it wouldn't surprise me if they did beat us.
However, if we're still in the race, and Everton's future is already decided regardless, then I reckon we should beat them.

I see what you’re doing here.

I know some of you think I'm trying to reverse jinx it, but I promise you, that loss to Palace and the injuries we've got has really dented my confidence. Tierney's season is over, Partey could be out for 6 weeks and Tomiyasu's whereabouts is unknown. Our squad is tiny and we didn't reinforce it like we should have, especially in attack. We also have many players who are inexperienced being in this type of situation (being in a prime position to get CL).

Lacazette has 4 goals in 24 games. 2 in open play. He's one of the worst finishers in the division. I genuinely cannot believe we've gone into the second half of the season with Nketiah and Lacazette as our forward options.

I really do think you guys are in better condition than us to get 4th.

I honestly don’t know who I think will get top four right now, which is exciting and worrying in equal measure.

Prior to Bentancur and Kulusevski’s arrivals I felt we’d have been lucky to get top six but they’ve helped massively steady the ship and add genuine quality which now gives us a real fighting chance of fourth. You and Utd are also more than capable of getting it though, even with injuries.

I hope we can continue to carry the momentum we’ve built over the last month or so but we are Tottenham Hotspur and no one quite does like us when it comes to spectacular **** ups.

They're still not too bad at home. I think they could get 8-10 points from their home games.
Plus a win at Watford and that would be enough.
But if they don't show that competitiveness they are renowned for at home, their opponents have more quality - and then it's looking grim.

The real comparison is Burnley and Watford's run-ins

Burnley are a point behind (albeit with a better goal difference) while Watford are three points back, so the question is if we can see either of them turning that around...and, to be honest, I can potentially see both of them managing it
