Greece has always been like this but it seems hooliganism has overrun the French game in recent years.

Naah not me

Everton are pathetic and I wouldn’t look at them and call it ambition…their neighbours though…they know how to do business

A lot of ENIC out fans also look at clubs who spend their money savvy and wish we had a chairman who didn’t piss it up the wall. We’ve wasted plenty money too.

Our ship has only steadied very recently and the signings have been smarter recently because Mr ENIC hasnt had much to do with them.

I don’t think those that want ENIC out are wanting to outspend every other club every transfer window…I don’t think that’s the definition of their issues with Levy and co.
Literally the only big club who has been more savvy than us in transfer spending over the last few years is Liverpool. And that was after 10 years of us outperforming them. Over ENIC'S whole ownership I think we have one of the best transfer outcomes in the whole of Europe.

"Liverpool versus Manchester City has become the greatest, most intense and highest quality rivalry in English football history." - Jamie Carragher.
<laugh>

In fairness he probably knows nothing about the great rivalries pre the 1980s.

God knows how he missed the United/ Arsenal rivalry in the late 90s early 2000s though! Or the Newcastle / United rivalry of the mid 1990s. Or the Chelsea/United rivalry in the mid to late 2000s.
Or the Liverpool/Arsenal rivalry in the late 80s and early 90s.
Or the Liverpool/Everton rivalry in the mid 80s or the Forest/Liverpool rivalry of the late 70s and early 80s.

Apart from those (and the countless others) pre these he might had a point <whistle>
