Ole should be done for bringing the game into disrepute with that team selection.

They've got 4 games in 8 days. Nobody's ever done that before. Definitely not us, ending with the 6-1 at Old Trafford this season.Ole should be done for bringing the game into disrepute with that team selection.
Leicester are the beneficiaries twice as no doubt a much stronger side will be put out for Liverpool.Ole should be done for bringing the game into disrepute with that team selection.

I don't see that he had much choice, to be honest.I always have a problem when I see managers field weakened sides. If United had won tonight and again on Thursday, then they would have been just 4 points behind City, which just might have put some pressure on them.
Worth a shout given it’s their biggest rivals?
If I was a United fan I would be unhappy at giving City the title on a plate, despite them almost certainly winning it anyway. If I was a Liverpool fan, I would be furious.
I don't see that he had much choice, to be honest.
They could've prioritised this match and then rested players against Liverpool, but this way is probably safer with regards to injuries.
The second half performance might raise some questions about Utd's depth, though. Very poor.
No legs in midfield. City’s strength is the myriad of midfield options. Midfield is the most important area of the team these days by far.I don't see that he had much choice, to be honest.

You'd think that getting the 43 players they had out injured between November-January would have sparked some life into the team, but instead they got stuck in a perpetuating cycle of losingSouthampton's league form since December 16th, when they were 3rd in the league:
DLDDWLLLLLLDLLWLLWLLDL.
3 wins in the last 22 matches and only 14 points out of 66. Horrendous. Relegation form.
I blame Liverpool for buying all their players.Southampton's league form since December 16th, when they were 3rd in the league:

Are we allowed to mention the fact that Foden is the first player to break into the first team from City's £200m academy since Micah Richards in 2006? Or is that too blasphemous?

Ok, fair enough I suppose.
Lesta Yoot. It's started bleeding into other boards now.... a fine finish from one of our academy graduates tonight ... 19 year old Luke Thomas ... local lad too ...![]()
Do you think so? You've got nothing to play for except keeping Liverpool out of top 4. Surely resting your first 11 is more important with Europa League in mind. First team v Fulham, reserves v Wolves and into the Villarreal game fresh.Leicester are the beneficiaries twice as no doubt a much stronger side will be put out for Liverpool.
They'll beat Palace and Brighton, too. We need them to lose this, really. Kepa's playing though, so they won't.Chelsea losing to the goons.
