Hits both of his arms! <laugh> VAR! Wait, not that...
Total dive for the missed penalty, too. Takes the touch and jumps into the keeper.

Chelsea concede a late, late goal against the Toon. They have now lost as many games as us. Their next 4 league fixtures:

Arsenal (H)
Leicester (A)
Man United (H)
Tottenham (H)

Keep believing lads...

We dropped points, you lot dropped points, Chelsea dropped points, City drop points and United are very likely to drop points tomorrow as well.

All of us look bottom-tier in comparison to Liverpool.

If there is any justice in the world, Wolves and Sheff Utd will finish 4th and 5th respectively. No one else even remotely deserves it.

it already seems like the end of last season as everyone desperately tries not to qualify for the most lucrative prestigious club competition in the world .

It probably looks like that from your lofty perch, but the reality is none of us, Chelsea, United and Arsenal are particularly good. All four sides have squads littered with players who are past their best and many more who simply weren't good enough to begin with. Also none of them have particularly good managers. And City seem to be following the same pattern - with surprisingly poor decision making over the past 2 years. Not replacing Kompany was almost as baffling as making John Stones the most expensive CB in PL history.

It pains me to say it, but you not spending in the summer is deeply concerning in the sense that you'll probably have a huge budget next summer. Play your cards right in the market as you have done so far under Klopp, and we could see a new era of scouse dominance.
