"Now might be a good time to leave".
If Utd can make a profit on the £89M paid for Pogba, sell him now.
When he is committed and on form, he can be unstoppable; his physical attributes give him every advantage.
But how often does he want to do it? Half a dozen games a season?
The negatives outweigh the positives and £100M could buy you a player who would make a far bigger difference to a squad with a lot of young players with pace and ability, who need a top drawer player in midfield to bring the best out of them. That isn't Pogba.

Under a manager like Fergie, current Pogba would be a titan.
Too much ego and off-pitch trappings IMHO to keep 100% focused.

As a Spurs supporter I am concerned that Dele Alli is becoming
a poor(er) man's version of Pogba.

Do you honestly think you'll turn a profit on him after the 3 years he's just had? Other than PSG, I can't think of anyone stupid enough to offer that kind of money. West ham would, if they could. If someone bids north of £70m you should be biting their hand off.

In the current market, yes.
But the most obvious buyer (Real Madrid) have already spent too much.
He might return to Juventus. £75M plus add ons, which would at least cover Utd's outlay.
Bayern, PSG and Barcelona all need some rebuilding, although it's unlikely the latter would see him as a fit for them.
I think one of these clubs will believe they can get consistent performances from him despite Utd not being able to do so.

Don't accept 35p and two bags of cheesey Wotsits, we don't want him at Tottenham.

Maybe he doesn't think UEFA (FIFA?) will stay firm on this and will give in to the rich club. Can't blame him.

It’s been confirmed, mate. Chelsea 100% won’t be signing anyone (at least this window). Can’t remember the exact wording but basically their appeal date is after the summer window closing date. So there’s a chance for January but the summer is a no-no.

I thought it was the case that if you appealed the ban, the ban was suspended until the appeal takes place? I could very well be wrong though

That was the initial uproar from Chelsea, as their first appeal didn’t result in the ban being suspended hence the whole “we’re being treated unfairly” statement. I don’t think the stance has changed and their final appeal date is now after the summer window shuts. So they may have a chance of being able to spend in Jan but I’m 100% sure the summer is a no no, well 99% now as I’m doubting myself <laugh>

Lee Bowyer is leaving Charlton, after having only been offered a one-year deal. The fans are not happy.

Looks like my prediction that he'd Max Meyer his career might be coming true...

The idiot has probably priced himself out of every big club that showed an interest and has now realised that despite being available on a free, isn’t as appealing as he probably thought he was.

Very good player, but not many want a massive dickhead in their changing room.

Unless you’re Arsenal FC, then you have about 25.
