It pains me to say, but I think you've actually got an excellent chance of reaching the Champions League final.

Ajax were superb against Madrid and Juventus, but both teams are ageing, lacking any real pace or vibrancy. Madrid have had a wretched season. Meanwhile, Juventus were overly reliant on Ronaldo's experience to get them through. Ajax's youthful energy was the kryptonite for both teams.

Obviously, they were very smart tactically and outthought Juventus for large parts of the game, but I can't see you struggling in the same way that Juventus or Madrid did. In fact, I think you are well equipped to combat them.

It just depends on whether you can do a job on them without two of your most potent attacking threats in the first leg.

What makes Eriksen our secret weapon. He is not exactly in the form of his life. Do you think he has been producing poor free kicks to lull Ajax into a sense of false security. Lamela is more likely to be the ‘secret’ weapon as he has not played recently.
I said that tongue in cheek paul. Because ex Spurs players have a habit of scoring against us then I hope ex Ajax players score against them..............that's all, no need for seriousness.

Arsenal surely favourites for the EL now. Napoli hugely underwhelming across 2 legs. With the team and manager they have I expected far better. Can't see any of the other teams outfoxing Emery, who is a serial winner of this cereal packet competition.
Not Sevilla?

I wish we could have two POTYs this year. I was so adamant Sissoko would win it a couple weeks back but Son’s just not letting it slide!

Sonsoko it is!

I feel bad for whoever misses out of the two...both have been immense

Son is a Superstar always ready for the big stage

Moussa is a Warrior who has been the lynchpin for us in times of adversity

Apparently 8 players want to leave Man City including Jesus and Sane. I wonder if they don't win the league will there be a mass exodus anyway.

Sissoko for me. Not only the glue that has held us together this year, but for the dedication he has shown to turn his career around. Just amazing - and you could see the other night what the team think of him <smooch>
