Van Gaal and Mourinho tried to make lots of changes, but the fans didn't take to them and the squad became a mishmash.

Pochettino has been notable for just plain behaving better than most. He doesn't trash anybody. He's always diplomatic, even courteous. He always supports players if they support him.

Yet he also doesn't quail at making decisions people won't like if he thinks they're justified.

It's a formula many would be well advised to try to apply.

I might suggest that you have come to wrong the place if you are looking for people who will offer any praise to the spammers no matter what they do

And within a minute of him coming we were 2 up and in control, and he helped provide that control, its good that we can play well without Harry, but sell him you are having a laugh

No, I'm not doing that, I'm just bringing attention to what Pellegrini's doing with them and IF Poch leaves I think we should consider him.

There will always be speculation about our best players leaving - the media like that to be the case, but your post made no mention of speculation you just said that ' for me £200,mill and he can go' which suggested to me that you would happy to see him leave.
