Chelsea have been average in the build up to the Spurs match and they were well beaten and often a defeat after a long unbeatenNot sure if we'll get top 4, I think we may well have to do it through the Europa League depending on how we manage the squad come February time when the fixtures come thick and fast.
Man United are a lot cause, but I'm surprised you think Chelsea won't make it. I know you bossed them at Wembley, but that was their first loss of the season. And it was against top quality opposition. They've (more or less) beaten all the other sides they're supposed to. We'll have to see whether Hazard's form dips or if he makes any more noises about leaving, coupled with Morata/Giroud finding their shooting boots as soon as possible. Wouldn't surprise me if they try to bring a striker in January, though. So I wouldn't rule Chelsea out at all.
See hack watch thread. I like spaghetti but that doesn't mean that I want to live in Italy.Any truth in the rumour that Poch wants to manage in Serie A?

I'm glad that Ajax went on to win anyway, but AEK should get a nice long ban for this. There's been trouble at the AEK v Ajax game tonight, including the throwing of a petrol bomb that just, just missed...

Anyone else on The Shelf the day the dirty Gooners threw one in the late 70's/early 80's? Can you remember what season it was?
The Brits and Irish built the rail network and supplied the banking but the political turmoil is definitely Italian.

Worst trouble at the Lane was between 70-75 and whilst Gooner Derbies were always tense, the nastiest incidents that I recall were visits by the Chavs (‘73?) and the Spanners around the same time. Don’t recall petrol bombs, mindThere's been trouble at the AEK v Ajax game tonight, including the throwing of a petrol bomb that just, just missed...

''We were a ****e football team and needed something to keep us busy until Roman came along'' ?God! They are probably grandads now! Wonder what they tell their grandkids?
A few months ago I saw an aged Palace hooligan in Croydon (unsurprisingly going into a Wetherspoons...) and even though he was in at least his mid-70s he was still wearing a string vest and flat cap and doing that thing where to show how well 'ard you are you walk down the street with your arms in a permanent flex in front of youGod! The good news is that Thierry Henry has finally learned that playing Nacer Chadli as a left back is suicideAtletico Madrid v Monaco. Totally boring! But they say Monaco has 9 players out injured and are playing several teenagers. It's still boring!!!!!
