So Pep tells Sane to go to the other end of the pitch so that he takes an age coming off when his impending sub is made

Pathetic

Three late 2-1 wins in a week after trailing 0-1 to much lesser teams.
Should we praise their fortitude or celebrate some signs of vulnerability?

Lament the fact that the rest of the PL has not
reduced the gap between them and the rest to
much less than 8 pts.

In Man Utd and Spurs we must trust
(though at the moment tis a big ask of the latter :( ) .

Spam looked so much better without Joe Hart in goal. Don't think I've ever found something less surprising.

Benevento had lost all fourteen of their league games this season and were trailing 2-1 to Milan in the 95th minute when this happened:

Are the teams first, second and third in the PL the most expensive teams....and is this a coincidence?
Who are the first, second and third cheapest teams in the PL....and THEIR league positions ? Cause I can't keep up with it!

They say you can't polish a turd..........but it seems Crystal Palace are going to give it a go. They're estimating a spend of £100m to build a new Main Stand, thereby adding 8,000 extra seats. Hopefully, the costings are accurate because doubling that estimate is going to make this a very expensive exercise given that they're already burning money on wages with Benteke, Cabaye, Sakho and Zaha on our top wage or more. If Roy can't keep them up, this is not going to happen soon.

It actually looks pretty nice and doesn't seem to contain too much Executive Box-iness. It's a shame that it's situated in the arse end of a ropey old South London Sainsbury's car park and is opposite the very tired Arthur Waite stand and adjacent the Whitehorse Lane End, the worst end in the Premier League. I recall when there was a proper away end there and the ground held 52,000. It didn't hold 52,000 too often, but that's Palace for you. Hopefully, they can address the other two stands soon but the supermarket and houses in Park Road make that a real problem.

It'll make the original Crystal Palace look cheap by comparison
