But Maureen's refusal to just take the shackles off and let £250m worth of talent just play football must be infuriating. Brian is right: he's a rich man's Tony Pulis.

Diego, I said last season that I don't think winning the Europa league qualifies a team to compete properly in the Champion's League and this is what I think Utd's problem was against Basel and will be in the coming rounds.

Not sure how far we will/can go but we should be so much better than tonight. The last 16 will be painful with a performance like that.

I quite envy the clubs that want to win all trophies....and not turn them into reserve tournaments. I think Spurs do the latter expecting to win the PL........oh yes?
