Hargreaves deserves an award for all the spin in that half. United were defending well but they're giving the ball away early and offering nothing in attack, this is abysmal stuff from one of the bigget clubs in the world against a team of teenagers.
BT coverage awful. Hargreaves is making Alan Smith look impartial, loved his comment that Ajax have had too much possession, yes because what they really need is to let United have the ball!

They would've done anyway. With or without CL football they can attract bigger names than everyone in the league bar perhaps Chelsea and City. And even that is only a 'perhaps'. CL will be a real challenge for the Moaning One to juggle. I for one couldn't care less if they are in it or not.
Why would that happen? Some other country misses out, I believe.

I think they may have struggled to get top players as it would have been the 3rd time in 4 yrs that they failed to qualify for the CL.
