Chris Waddle
You've got to say Stoke are second best in all areas of the park and they really have been giving the ball away so cheaply but Chelsea full of confidence can look after it when it's theirs.

Despite Chris Waddle's comments, Stoke had shown signs of promise in the past few minutes - but their equaliser has a whiff of controversy about it. Jon Walters goes to ground as a free-kick floats through to keeper Thibaut Courtois, and referee Taylor rules that Gary Cahill has pushed him in the back.

Walters keeps cool and slams the penalty high to the keeper's right. We're all square.

To which Waddle responded...

There is a slight nudge in the back of Jon Walters and Gary Cahill also stands on his ankle I think.

No doubt of the penalty.

Get a couple of biplanes, you two!

Can't see Wenger deciding to stay beyond this season.

What amuses me is that he gets to decide whether he stays or goes!

Forgot that united are playing without pogba and ibra too. Huge game for us tomorrow!
Really need Son to have one of his good days.

Hey, lads! It says something about just how far we have come that we are disappointed not to be in with a better shout of winning the title!
<laugh>

I do so hope that we don't descend into the same degree of delusion as the Mousers and red Mancs!

As far as I'm concerned, Chelsea have won the league and they've had it won for ages. But trying to remain within a respectable points distance of them is a must. - doing that should ensure CL football next season. Just gotta keep that gap to a max of 10 points.

I think these last few games were our chance. They've been playing poorly for a while now but they just keep scraping by, just as they did on a few ocassions before the end of their winning run. Stoke absolutely gifted them 2 goals today. I can't see it all collapsing for Chelsea now. We needed to have them down to 7 by this point but it's going to be 10 at best. They still have a tough run in but we've got enough tough games to mean that even if they dropped 10+ points, we're still a very, very long shot to pick up 30-33 points we'd need.

It'd be nice to close them down and keep it competitive but the more interesting thing on the table is that us and City, or us City and Liverpool can push away from the others this weekend. I said it a couple of weeks ago, 5th and 6th are definitely in danger of being cut adrift and Liverpool will be too.

I'll just come out and say this, because it is true.
Right now, you are the only team in the PL that I like the look of (other than Chelsea ofc).
I look at Liverpool and City, their defenses are ****ing awful.
I look at United, something isn't clicking there, they have no penetration in their play and they need at least 2/3 players to start competing.
Arsenal are a ****ing shambles from top to bottom right now, and that isn't going to change till Wenger leaves (Long may he reign <ok>)

Right now, the only team, other than my own, that I look at and think "Yeah, they have a meaty squad, not many weaknesses there" is Spurs.
Not to blow smoke up your arses, but if we were maybe only 5 or 6 points clear of you at this point, I'd be slightly worried, but I think 13 is too many for you to overhaul, but for me, if it were to happen, it would be you guys.
