West Ham have parted ways with their Romanian left - back, despite only signing him in the summer.
Razvan Rat's leaving a sinking ship.

Newcastle 0 - 3 Sunderland. Poyet has done very well there. Newcastle look done in the race for top 4.

Poyet shutting a few of us up. I had reservations about him as a manager but look at Sunderland, organised, pass the ball and winning matches to climb away.

Although I dropped Mannone today. <doh>

Oh dear.

"The atmosphere here is unpleasant. There are fans leaving in their hundreds, while the ones left inside are chanting to owner Mike Ashley 'get out of our club'.

"I have just seen a fan near me throw his scarf to the floor in frustration. The fans are not concentrating on watching the game - they are concentrating on hurling abuse at the directors' box

.....

Being thrashed by Sunderland at St James' Park is about as bad as it gets for a Toon fan.

Both Ashley and "Shagger" Pardew will find it very difficult to recover from this.

You can't knock him atm, he's assembled two different teams in different leagues, and has continued to do well with each step up. He's doing far better than I imagined, i thought he was Ramos's 'steffen freund' when he was here, but he clearly knows his stuff and his man-management can't be too bad either, first manager to get a decent game out of Adam Johnson for a while, he's injected belief into that lad again.

Some worrying news for Arsenal supporters coming out of Sweden, with reports that loan signing Kim Kallstrom has suffered a nightmare start to life in the Premier League after picking up an injury that will keep him out of action for the next two to three months.

Leading tabloid newspaper Aftonbladet (external) say the Sweden international picked up the knock in his first training session at his new club following his deadline-day move from Spartak Moscow. This has not been confirmed or denied by the Gunners, who next play on Sunday when they host Crystal Palace.

He was only signed on loan as cover for injuries - so his stay could be very, very fruitless...

Sweet Lord! This is too funny!

What did he do - pull a hamstring attempting the keepie-uppies during the photo-shoot?

Oh, God! My sides hurt! Nurse! Get me to the cock-clinic, quick!

HIAG. Snap. :)

<laugh><ok>

Just seen this bit of the story:-

"He was only signed on loan as cover for injuries - so his stay could be very, very fruitless..."

Oh, God! I need air! Please, nurse! Get me to the clinic, now! I think I've already lost one bollock!

Just been over on the Gooner board, and they started a thread last night, dedicated to the player. Lots of positive comments about them now having a player who can take a decent free-kick, etc.

Then, the news broke.

Gooners are currently in denial, refusing to believe that this is anything other than a wind-up.

It's going to be bedlam over there, when the truth finally sinks in.

How much did they pay for this clown?
