I agree he's phrased it poorly but we know what he was getting at, much ado about nothing IMO.

I personally haven't got a clue what he's talking about. He either thinks one is playing much better than the other or they're performing at similar levels, not both. He couldn't have come up with a more contradictory statement if he tried, so perhaps if he doesn't want to be ridiculed he should put a little more thought into what he's actually saying, it's not a huge amount to ask <ok>

DL I'd love to know what meaning you think is so abundantly clear to everyone from what he said.

Some crazy things are written at times.I'm guilty (when it comes to Arsenal!)

i.e. When did Charlton score for Charlton when Charlton couldn't score?

Answer:- Charlton 1 Arsenal 3 ( along time ago in the 50's).

Stan Charlton (Arsenal) scored an own goal for Charlton.

Figured I'd move the conversation to here as I only posted in the Bill Nick by accident...

I hope you are wrong, but I fear you are right. He seems to have a lost a bit of his "Mojo" in recent months.

Me too. I thought his decision to sign Bent to play alongside Berbatov was a strange one as they're both lazy and like to do their own thing. He's a great character to have in the league though, I heard on Soccer Saturday a few weeks ago that his response to a question about the boos and calls for him to be sacked was along the lines of "It's very difficult because I can't tell them to meet me in the car park afterwards so we can sort out our differences" <laugh>

Another great goal. Palace have been the better side for me but you can't do much when a team scores goals like that against you.

If Palace try to play football yes, but if they park the bus and hoof it a bit they may be OK.

No ifs, buts or maybes. It's a matter of how much. A third of this current Premier League aren't capable of beating Arsenal on a bad day let alone when they're in good form.
